Co Founders John Pallagi and Lee Simmonds gained their sales and marketing ‘apprenticeship’ within media sales / direct marketing. Working for blue chip media groups such as EMAP, BBC Worldwide, Yorkshire Post, Haymarket Publishing and RIM (Regional Independent Media) they went on to set up Flatcap in 2003. Flatcap are a marketing agency dedicated to the hospitality and food services sectors offering intelligent thinking.
